loadmo.re is a curated archive of distinctive mobile websites, focused on alternative and experimental approaches to mobile-first design.
It was launched in 2021 by Kim Lê Boutin — designer, educator, and web practitioner since the early 2000s.
Kim has been building websites since she was 13. She teaches UX/UI in design schools, gives lectures and workshops across Europe, and observed firsthand how students struggled to find references that pushed beyond the obvious. As early as 2017, she began privately archiving mobile websites that caught her attention — projects where the device's potential felt genuinely explored rather than wasted.
loadmo.re grew out of that personal research. What started as a private list became a living archive, built on a single conviction: mobile-first design deserves its own critical space, outside of mainstream inspiration platforms.
“Nearly everyone browses the internet on their phones, yet there is no hub dedicated to exploring and celebrating mobile web design beyond pure efficiency. Load More fills that gap perfectly. Kim's handpicked collection is a labour of love — each entry feels intentionally chosen, making the archive both an important critical statement and a precious resource.”

“I show loadmo.re to my communication design students at the start of creative coding modules and they always go from grumbling about having to write code to being really excited about what they could make.”
— Rifke Sadleir, lecturer, UAL Creative Computing Institute
“An important platform that appeared at the exact moment mobile first began being whispered about in web design circles. It created a space to talk about web design in public that a lot of us had been looking for.”
— Daniel Powell, founder, hoverstat.es
“Loadmo.re is one of those rare places on the internet. It's our go-to place when looking for experimental mobile design inspiration.”
— Johan Thorstensson, Design Director, Aino
